  • Implement, operate, maintain, document and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for the full range of its activities, which complies with the legal and regulatory requirements, customer requirements and the international standard ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015.
  • Ensure that internal audits are carried out to identify any qualitative discrepancies and to identify corrective or preventive actions to reduce, with the ultimate goal of eliminating, discrepancies and non-compliance.
  • Establish, implement and maintain effective communication with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders on issues that affect quality.
  • Monitor and validate the effectiveness and appropriateness of the QMS, during Management Reviews.
  • Learn from past mistakes and omissions and not repeat them.
  • Possess, in all cases, all the resources necessary to implement the above commitments.
